Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen on occasion. While I do want to be fair and understanding to all, I will be strictly instituting a cancellation policy in an effort to protect my business. Exceptions will be made for illness or medical emergencies only.
Cancellations
Cancellations need to be made more than one calendar date before your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the full service price. (Ex, if your appointment is on a Tuesday and you cancel on Monday, you will be charged a cancellation fee. You would have to cancel by Sunday.) If you can find someone else to take your appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no show" and will be required to pay their cancellation fee before being put back on the schedule. If you are on the schedule for future appointments, those appointments will be cancelled if you do not reach out within 24 hours of not showing up for your missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate those clients following yours.
You will still be responsible for the full price of the session.
Clients arriving more than 10mins late will be considered "no-shows" unless you have informed the therapist you will be running late.
